Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent Collecto from performing as described, a refund or service credit may be issued after troubleshooting and verification.
Subscription & Service Usage: Eworker subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, with cancellations taking effect at the end of the billing period. A pro-rata refund may be available for any remaining period if requested within the refund window.
Biometric System Setup: Non-refundable setup or installation fees apply unless a documented technical error is found.
Hosting & Domain Services: Cancellations for hosting subscriptions must be made before the start of a new billing cycle. Refunds for the current cycle may be issued on a pro-rata basis if the service is terminated early.
Domain Registration: Domain fees are generally non-refundable once registered. Exceptions may be made upon review in cases of technical error or duplicate registration.
Consultation Services: Consultation fees may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
Custom Projects: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate work. Cancellation prior to project commencement may result in a partial refund (excluding the deposit and preparatory costs). Once work begins, refunds are generally not available.
Order Finalization: Payments for these services are considered final once an order is confirmed. Cancellation requests may be considered for refunds only if the service has not been dispatched or processed.
Hardware Sales: Hardware products can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original condition and packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection.
Maintenance Services: Maintenance contracts may be cancelled with notice. Refunds for unused service time will be calculated on a pro-rata basis as outlined in the service agreement.
Service Interruptions: Refunds are not applicable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., network issues, force majeure events).
